Please help with dance floor decorations!
Date: 01/14/2005 at 8:34 PM

Ok, I have tried and my family has tried to think of something to decorate the dance floor with at the reception. Let me explain the decorations for entire reception first. We are using balls of flowers on all of our tables as our table decorations. We are just using different sizes all over the place. Our dance floor is pretty big and right now is completely blank. We have permission to hang some decorations, but we really need an idea. As many ideas as people could come up with would be much appreciated. I am stressing out really bad.

Thanks in advance!

At one of my friend's weddings, they had a canopy made out of tulle and white lights that covered the dance floor. It was really pretty. I have also been to lots of weddings where people just blew up balloons and put them on the floor. You could also put tall plants or trees (fake ones) on the edges of the dance floor and wrap them with white lights. I hope these ideas help.

Since you are using the kissing balls on the tables why not hang different sized one's from the ceiling? You could even make a really big one for the center and include some crystals or something that will reflect light.
