Can any one tell me where in central, CA can a persop get married who already has a child and is living with her fiance. I cannot seem to find a church willing to marry my fiance and I unless he moves out of the home, which is impossible.

Oh my! What churches are you looking at? I didn't know churches even asked that.
My advice, if you're SET on being married in a church, not by a justice of the peace, is to travel to the nearest big city. Generally, rules like that are more relaxed in big cities.
What year is it? Im sorry I cannot tell you where a church is that will marry you in central CA, but any good standing preacher should praise anyone especially a couple with a child together for getting married. Good luck to you and make sure you tell them its no longer the stone age.
