Tipping

Who is it appropriate to tip when it comes to wedding vendor services? Just curious, don't want to make anyone mad. Muchos Gracias

Whip it out (tips that is)  . Actually I would only recommend tipping your usual suspects such as bartenders, maybe a singer if you have one or a dj if they go above and beyond, limo driver, and of course the pastor, otherwise I think the pretty penny you pay for some of the other services should suffice, but then a gain Im no expert. 
I would say you need to tip anyone your not buying a gift for. For example DJ, Cake Vendor, Caterer, Florist, Officiant, etc. It may seem like a lot but these people put a lot of time into making your day perfect. I do say tip accordingly though, if you didn't like their service tip less, but if they did an exceptional job of making your Big Day perfect then tip more.
