Picking your Bridal Party attendants

I have 2 MOHs which are my 2 oldest sisters and I have 4 Bridesmaids one which is my fiances' sister and 3 of my close friends. I already asked them to be in my wedding which is planned for September 2006. One of my bridesmaids recently moved out of state 14 hours away. I find this is going to be very stressful for me as she will have to come up for certain events, but she says she can do it, which I am just worried about. I love her to death, but I don't think I would have asked her to be in my wedding if i knew she was going to be moving that far away..and one of my other bridesmaids hasn't talked to me in like months. I am very upset that I asked her to be apart of my special day and she hasn't made an effort to talk to me or anything for that long. I am very stressed out over this and I have no idea how to say my feelings without coming off being very mean. Any comments or Ideas?!!
