Registration
During registration, you will be required to provide EHitched.com with certain registration information. Password
You may receive a password in the connection with using EHitched.com. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and secret. We recommend you do not share your password or allow access to your account by others. You are solely responsible for all actions and activities that occur under your password and account.

Termination of Service from EHitched.com
You agree and understand that EHitched.com may terminate your use of this website if believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions, or violated the rights of EHitched.com or any other third party, for any reason with or without notice to you. You agree that EHitched.com will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of such modifications or discontinuation.
Fees and Payments
EHitched.com charges you fees for access to portions of EHitched.com or EHitched.com as a whole. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any products or services offered through EHitched.com. EHitched.com reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any Fees, and to institute new Fees, effective upon prior notice to you.
The submitted credit card information to EHitched.com upon registration with EHitched.com or otherwise, you give permission to EHitched.com to charge all Fees incurred through your account to the credit card you designate on the Registration Form, or change in your administration section. Any additional Fees, other than renewal fees, will be charged at the time they are incurred. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to EHitched.com for any reason, including charge back, EHitched.com reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your account and all its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
All users registered through EHitched.com agree to our NO REFUND POLICY and agree to complete the contract time period specified by the contract length during registration. You agree that EHitched.com can terminate your contract at anytime without further notice.

EHitched.com reserves the right to review, edit, move or delete any material provided for display or placed on EHitche.com without notice. EHitched.com also reserves the right to terminate and deny service to any users or parties it feels necessary without any notice.
Site Changes
EHitched.com reserves the right to alter or change our site's design, colors, or layout, including our members listings and / or services. We will never take away services, but services may be altered from time to time in order to increase the capabilities of each service.
Additional Terms
EHitched.com reserves the right to post additional terms and conditions that apply to specific sections of our site, as well as alter this document. Any provisions to this document or other areas of our site will be clearly noted. Your continued use of EHitched.com constitutes your agreement to comply with these additional terms and conditions.
Get What You Deserve Listing
You agree to complete the contract term period of 12 months at the given rate during registration. The rate will never lower or reduce in price. You must keep a credit card on file at all times. Your card will not be charged every month, but only on months when your total lead rate equals to or is more than $4.99. In the event that your leads to not reach the minimum of $4.99, your leads will be rolled over to the next month and will be added to each month thereafter until either your listing time ends or you reach the minimum. If your listing never reaches the minimum before your time expires, you will be charged on the last day of your listing for the total number of leads you reached while being listed on eHitched.
Setup Fee
There is a $9.99 setup fee for all "Get What You Deserve Listings". The fee will be charged to your account either the first month that your listing reaches the minimum of $4.99 or at the end of your listing subscription period.
Leads
A lead consists of a unique visit to your listing, either on the search page or company details page (Company Details, Image Gallery, Contact Form). A unique visitor does not originate from our Computer Systems or Servers and is only counted once per day.
Lead Disclaimer
While we continue to update our data, we on occassion miss small computer systems that generate unique leads to your account that should not count. We are not responsible for these charges placed on your account and if notified we will do our best to remove these systems from further leads.
Lead Account Upgrades
To upgrade your listing from a "Get What You Deserve Listing" to a set monthly payment type listing, simply use the upgrade section of your administration section. There is a one time fee of $49.99 to upgrade your listing, and once upgraded, you may not downgrade back to the pay per lead listing.
FREE LISTINGS
For a limited time only, we are offereing FREE listings on eHitched.com. We reserve the right to change these listings to paid advertisements. In the instance that we do switch to paid advertisements, you will be notified, and given the option of being removed from the site or remaining an advertiser and supporter of eHitched.com.
