Jonathon and I have been in a relationship for nearly 6 years, and engaged for almost a year.

Jonathon and my maid of honor Tish were friends, and she called him one night from my house.....I talked to him for a very small time when she had to leave the room for a moment and the rest is history!

Where we live there is a large rock that couples carve their names in. One day Jonathon, myself and one of my brides maids Tracey (who is also Jonathons little sister) were swimming at a lake near by "the rock" Jonathon got out of the water as Tracey kept me distracted with girl talk. Sometime later he called my name, Tracey and I reached him as he was puttin on the finishing touches. He pointed at what he wanted me to read and I did so out loud. As the words "Kayla will you marry me" came out of my mouth I turned to see Jonathon on one knee and Tracey with a huge smile on her face! The ring was beautiful and I was so stunned I could barely manage to say yes but I did and on November 31st I will be Mrs. Kayla Garland!
