I was born in Brooykln NYC and John was form somewhere in MA. I can\'t ever remember where\'s he from. I moved and and graduated in Miramar Florida. While John was home schooled by him mother for a couple of yours, then we graduated in Greensboro NC. He is currently finishing College majoring buisness, while I\'m finishing my degree in Culinary Arts.

Good Old America Online in May 1996. We were both 16 at the time. We met in a chat room. I was just watching people talk then all of a sudden there he was. He was my first buddy and I was one of his first of few. John and I have chatted for years just joking and getting to know each other. Although he was more talkative then I was. Months became years and We enjoyed each other time. We became good friends online. One day he asked if he could call me. I was unsure and afraid of what he\'ll sound like but, I gave him my number anyway and waited for his call. His sister Trisha just got a phone with free weekends. He called a few minute later and we just clicked even more from then on. So, every time he\'ll get a chance Friday nights thru Sunday night he would call me. Oh man, We would just talk forever for hours and hours about everything. His sister\'s phone would ring for call waiting and he wouldn\'t answer it. Later on I\'d hear \"hey john did anyone call me?\" john replied with \"nope\". I\'d never had so much fun laughing and enjoying myself with anyone ever. Later on our friendship grew into love. Even though we were far apart, we decided to try a long-distance relationship.That worked out fine for us and we were happy. Long-distance Relationships are hard because there\'s no face to face contact. Plus you don\'t know what the other is really thinking or doing. It was like a blind date online. But, No other guy treated me with such respect before. 1998 bike week in Daytona, Florida is where we first met face to face. Not knowing very much about john, my mom let me go ALONE. I\'m sure she had her fears but, I got a cab, brought a two way ticket for the greyhound bus station and left alone. I was afraid what would happens next when I met him. He was driving down with his best friend at the time. So, it was kind of a weird situation being one scared little girl two guys. Everything worked out wonderful. I got off the bus and we met with a warm embrace. We were just there for a couple days but, It was the enjoyable few days on my life. From then on. We\'ve been inseparable since.

Around 1999,One day online, he said \"something\'s not right, can I call you\" of course I said \"ok\" He called then told me to \"look outside at the moon\". He was on top of his house on the roof. I was in my room looking at the window. He was trying to get something in his heart out. It took him a couple of minutes but, finally he got enough courage to saw it. He had this beautiful thoughts that came out and then it happened. He says \"Farah Serena Derenoncourt, will you marry me? I was speechless. Like most newly engaged women I didn\'t see it coming. Naturally I said YES. YES YES. Then It was January 2000 at my mom\'s house. He came for a visit me with gifts for everyone. We just finished dinner together. He told me to close my eyes, gave me this white bear holding a red box. H must have been nervous. He just gave me this cute bear and told me to open it. and there was this beautiful Diamond and ruby, which is my birthstone, He took it.. I cried... He asked me to marry him. I didn\'t know what to say at that very moment.. Obviously I said YES. :o)
